Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 15th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Auckland Music Store Limited be liquidated and that Peter Robert Bullen, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of September 2000.
The liquidator fixes the 20th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
