Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wairewa Estates Limited be liquidated and that Peter Luton Sturge and Geoffrey Anthony Bolderston, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of September 2000 at 12.30 p.m.
This is a liquidation of a solvent company resulting from restructuring of ownership.
All creditors will be paid in full before the 15th day of October 2000.
The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
