Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Palmerston North City Investments Limited and Palmerston North City Services Limited ("the companies") on the 7th day of September 2000 at 12.00 midday.
Prior to appointment of liquidators, director's resolutions confirming that the companies would be able to pay their debts were lodged with the Registrar of Companies.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 13th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of each company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the respective distributions.
