Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
William Oliver Ferguson and Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioners, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SAB Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as Retail Foods Limited) on the 21st day of January 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 29th day of February 2000 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
