Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 8th day of September 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a), that The New Zealand Counties Investment Company Limited be liquidated and that James Anthony Young, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of September 2000.
