Andrew Marchel Oorschot gives notice that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Bones Limited (formerly Murray Irvine Realty Limited) by a resolution of the shareholders with effect from the 15th day of September 2000.
