Notice is hereby given that Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Wise Lass Residential Limited on the 14th day of September 2000 at 10.56 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix the 26th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
