Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Keith Goddard Palmer and Bruce McCallum, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Prime North Fishing Limited on the 4th day of September 2000 at 12.45 p.m., by the High Court at Hamilton.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 25th day of October 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
