Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Bruce Compton and Neil Donald Edmundson, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Computer Enhancements Engineering Services Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 28th day of August 2000, the date the liquidation commenced.
The appointment of the liquidators is for the purpose of removal of the company from the Register.
All creditors have been paid in full.
