Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of September 2000 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that North American Recreational Imports Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of September 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
