Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 30th day of March 2000 at 9.00 a.m., it was
resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Pearson Management Services Limited be voluntarily liquidated and that Peter Hartley Whittington, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator hereby fixes the 6th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
