Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Regal Hotels Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day of August 2000 at 10.37 a.m., by order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 5th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
