Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on the 31st day of August 2000 at the specified times, when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993:
