Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 225 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 21st day of August 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Act, that Hobson 1997 Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Sutherland Chambers, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
A solvency certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been filed by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 2000.
