Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Joseph Craig McNeill and Stephen James Scott, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Awapuni Lodge Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 31st day of August 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
