Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Rialto Computing Group Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of August 2000, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Wellington.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 2000.
