Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Taminick Investments (Wellington) Limited on the 25th day of August 2000 at 4.00 p.m.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
28th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
