Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Terence Charles Web Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of M.W. Marshall And Company (NZ) Limited on the 28th day of August 2000 at 3.15 p.m.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
28th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
