Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Eastward Enterprises Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on the 29th day of August 2000 at 10.00 a.m., in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
