Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 28th day of August 2000 at 3.57 p.m. by order of the High Court, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Standard 2001 Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 2000.
