Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of August 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Pukeariki Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch and Robin Brockie, chartered accountants of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of August 2000.
