Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 22nd day of August 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Taylor Citrus Orchard Limited be liquidated and that David Mavitty Simpson, solicitor of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of August 2000.
