Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 18th day of August 2000 at 2.30 p.m., appointed Leearna Michelle Waghorne and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 29th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
