Resignation of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, liquidator of Stadia Limited
(in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at
345 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the liquidator resign.
Peter Ropati, of 22 Apihai Street, Orakei, Auckland, is the replacement liquidator.
