Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of August 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Evermount Investments Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Glen Allan Stapley and David Stanley Duns, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidators by the
8th day of September 2000.
