The above solvent company was placed into liquidation following the transfer of the company's major asset to a family trust associated with the shareholders.
The company has ceased trading and has no known creditors at the date of appointment of the liquidator.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Robert John Willis, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 17th day of August 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act, will be sent to the Registrar after
22 working days from the date of this notice.
Objections to remove, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 17th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
