Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of August 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WC & JL Gordon Limited (at 11.02 a.m.) and Countrymens Limited (at 11.57 a.m.).
The liquidations commenced as at the date and times of our appointment.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the companies during normal business hours to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland, on telephone (09) 355 8000.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 17th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
