Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of
G & M Refrigeration Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 17th day of August 2000 at 12.04 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice is given that as liquidators of G & M Refrigeration Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 17th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
