Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the above-named companies were placed in voluntary liquidation.
Kevin David Pitfield, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on the 17th day of August 2000 at 3.30 p.m. pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 18th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
