Notice is hereby given that James Bruce Alfred McAlister and Murray Neil Frost were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of August 2000 at 10.25 a.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of August 2000 at 10.25 a.m.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 20th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
