Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Michael Shane McElroy, chartered accountant of McElroy Dutt & Thomson, was appointed liquidator of W. Beim Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of August 2000.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
18th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
