Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 10th day of August 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Sutcliffes Investments Limited be liquidated and that Peter Brian Barnes, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of August 2000.
