Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 10th day of August 2000 at 12.00 noon, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, that Scope Publishing Limited cease trading and that Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of August 2000.
