Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner also of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Abode Developments Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act") on the 10th day of August 2000 at 10.35 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice is given that as liquidators of Abode Developments Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 10th day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
