Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of August 2000 at 12.34 p.m., Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of MDC Investment Holdings Limited by an order of the High Court at Hamilton.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 30th day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
