Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 19th day of July 2000, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed as joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of July 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistant, Rosanna Waiari, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
