Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 20th day of January 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Bandon Properties Limited (in liquidation), be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of January 2000.
