Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 25th day of July 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Romavani Limited (formerly Ven Lu Ree Limited) be liquidated and that Lyall Walton Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 2000, and is a solvent liquidation.
All creditors and shareholders of the company will be fully paid.
The company is being liquidated as it is no longer required by the shareholders.
