Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Barrie Miles Owen and David Neville Cooke, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 2000.
