Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of July 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Coasters Tavern Limited be liquidated and that Gary Richard Leech, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of July 2000.
This is the liquidation of a solvent company and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, no meeting of creditors is to be called, but creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
