Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter David Sherwin and Joseph Ivan Vegar, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of
A I Victor Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on Wednesday, the 26th day of July 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Barry Meyers at Level Eight, 120 Victoria Street, Wellington on telephone (04) 385 2162.
Notice is also given that the liquidators do not consider that a meeting of creditors needs to be held as the company is solvent and able to pay all its debts.
Therefore, no meeting will be held unless any creditor gives notice to the liquidators within 10 working days of this notice that a meeting is required and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
