Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Hutt Valley Cartage
& Customs Agency Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of July 2000, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a resolution passed at a meeting of the company's creditors held on the 21st day of July 2000.
This appointment replaces that of Jonathan Dent.
