Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of DDE Holdings Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of July 2000 at 11.15 a.m., Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by the High Court at Auckland to be liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to section
241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
