Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter Triple S Sportwear Limited
(in liquidation),:
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution on the
17th day of July 2000 at 9.50 a.m., in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation, and Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
