Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that on the 19th day of June 2000, Consolidated Industries (Southland) Limited was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill to be put into liquidation.
Ian Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally on the 23rd day of June 2000.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of June 2000 at 10.12 a.m.
