Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of July 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that Roskenna Investments Limited be liquidated and that John Gray be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of July 2000.
