Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on the 6th day of July 2000, when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
