Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of January 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Helvetia Farms Limited be liquidated and that G. E. Hunter of Hunter Withers, Pukekohe, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of January 2000.
