Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 30th day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MacKenzie Farming Co. Ohura Limited be voluntarily liquidated and that Kevin Bruce Stephenson, chartered accountant of Taumarunui, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of June 2000.
All creditors who have a claim against the company must provide proof of debt within 15 working days from the date of this notice.
