Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
William Oliver Ferguson and Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Alotech Walls & Ceilings Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) on the 29th day of June 2000 by order of the High Court at 11.12 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 9th day of August 2000, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
